NHTOA Executive Board Meeting Report

A meeting of the NHTOA Executive Board was held on Monday, September 11^th, 2006

at the Hooksett Public Library. It was called to order at 5:34pm.

In attendance were Bob Brown, Jesse Taylor, Doris Tuson, Nancy Eastman, Richard

Sholtanis, Chuck Zerbinopoulos, and Gary Custer.

The last board meeting report was reviewed by the members. It was mentioned that the amount of $47.80 was the fee to cover the website bill for 4 months. No other

changes were made. Richard made a motion to accept the report and Chuck seconded it.

all voted to approve this report.

Doris gave an assigning report and passed out information sheets and a financial paper.

A treasurer copy was passed out but, was briefly discussed and then tabled for more info.

The website bill was addressed and it should be paid quarterly. Our insurance refund was

received also.

Nancy gave a Supervisor’s report. She told us the Cross Country Class meets and the

Meet of Champions will be held on October 28^th at Derryfield Park and November 4^th in

Nashua respectively. She passed out a number of important papers regarding track and

rules for next year.

Bob passed to us a new membership list which needs to be confirmed prior to the next meeting.

Bob spoke of new business and Nancy discussed conflict of interest policy and a

Screening policy. We were asked to give these some thought for next time. In addition, a Form about the NASO Officials Evaluation was given to us to review and discuss. The

assigning would like to work with the form and bring ideas back to the next meeting.

Jess made a motion to contact Paul to pay for a postage bill of $5.58 to

Bob. Doris seconded it. A vote took place. There was one abstention all others

favored this motion. It was approved.

Our next meeting is tentatively scheduled for October 16^th at 5:30 pm at the livrary.

There was a mtion made by Richard to adjourn and Jess seconded it. The meeting

ended at 6:47pm.
