By-Laws: Article VI Meetings and Parliamentary Practices

ARTICLE VI: MEETINGS AND PARLIAMENTARY PRACTICES

Section 1: Rules of Order to conduct meetings of the Association shall be presented to the membership by the President or Committee Chair prior to the start of the meeting.

Section 2: In the absence of rules in the Constitution or By-Laws of the Association, meetings shall be conducted in accordance with established parliamentary procedure.
