Preamble

These By-Laws are the rules by which the New Hampshire Track Officials Association (NHTOA) carries out its functions and operates under the final authority of its Constitution and no rule made here-in can take precedent over the NHTOA Constitution.

New Hampshire Track Officials Association 18th Annual Meeting
Saturday, March 3, 2012, at the Hooksett Public Library, 31 Mount Saint Mary Way (off of Rt 3).
9:45am Sign-In and New Member Registration.
10:15am Business Meeting followed by Rules Review and Exam. Several optional mini-clinics/training sessions will immediately follow the meeting.

IMPORTANT REMINDER for ALL NHTOA CERTIFIED OFFICIALS
Don't forget to register with the NHIAA through ArbiterSports for the 2012 Outdoor Track season. Open registration continues through March 1, 2012.

You must register with the NHIAA by March 1, 2012 to be eligible to officiate the 2012 Track & Field season (after March 1st, a $5.00 Late Fee will be incurred; after March 15th you will not be eligible to officiate for the 2012 season).
